I am still on the raw diet, I do cheat with cooked vegetables- they're just so good and not actually 'bad' for me, so I eat them. But definitely no meat, bread, or dairy. It has been going great, I eat a lot of nuts-- way too many actually, I'm trying to cut back but it's difficult. I eat a ton of greens and continue to make my green smoothies.
Eating this way definitely helps me maintain my weight even with all the sugar I intake from all the yummy, yummy fruit I eat!
